ContextStellantis group (former PSA group) intends to improve its used car business by unifying and enforcing its digital channels. The group called on Kbrw to create a solution that allows a better management of their commercial offers on both B2B and B2C digital selling channels. They also requested centralisation over the inventories available in their stores so as to keep their omnichannel client promise.
ChallengesThe key challenges are both business and technical. On the business side, Kbrw has to change completely the tedious and time consuming process of commercial management. On the technical side, we need to ensure a smooth integration into the existing IT environment without disturbing the on-going operations. The solution needs to allow the integration of other selling channels and platforms.
SolutionsKbrw has created a digital solution that manages in real time each commercial offer automatically taking into account the availability and fulfillment capacity on each item. The system is based on a rules engine that will publish the right offer on the right platform at the right moment based on pre-configured conditions. An admin interface allows offer managers to edit these rules and conditions and trace any historical instance. The solution will publish or unpublish offers depending on the availability. It also orchestrates the order executions.
ResultsDeployed within only 3 months, our solution has significantly increased the agility in the group’s offer management on all its selling channels. It has accelerated the commercial strategy execution of each and every offer. On top of an improved lead time, the group was also able to increase the number of offers on each marketplace while integrating into more marketplaces.
